Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This policy explains what information the Progarma website ("we", "us") collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: the only personal information this site collects is what you choose to type into the inquiry form or send us by email, and we use it for one purpose — replying to you.

1. What we collect

When you submit the "Start a project" form on our contact page, we receive the details you enter:

  • your name and email address;
  • your company name, if you provide it;
  • the project type and timeline you select, if any;
  • whatever you write in the "about the project" field.

If you email us at hello@progarma.com instead, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We do not ask for, and have no reason to receive, anything beyond what's needed to discuss a software project.

2. How the form is delivered

The inquiry form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-forwarding service. When you press "Send inquiry", your entries are transmitted to FormSubmit, which forwards them to our inbox at hello@progarma.com. FormSubmit processes your submission for that delivery under its own privacy terms, available on the formsubmit.co website. We chose this setup because it means your inquiry travels one route to one inbox — this site has no database of its own storing your details.

3. What we use it for

We use the information you send for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if the conversation continues, discussing a potential project with you. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list. You will not receive a newsletter because you asked us a question.

4. Cookies and tracking

We do not set tracking or analytics cookies of our own on this site. Two honest caveats:

  • If you arrived here by clicking an advertisement, the advertising platform (for example, Google) may have set or read its own cookies as part of that click, under that platform's own policies. That happens on their systems, not through anything this site adds.
  • Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our web server — like effectively all web servers — keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We don't use these logs to identify visitors.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry emails stay in our inbox while we're corresponding with you and for as long as is reasonably useful afterwards — typically so we have context if you come back months later. If an inquiry clearly goes nowhere, we periodically clear it out. If you want yours removed sooner, ask (see section 6) and we'll delete it.

6. Your choices and rights

Email hello@progarma.com at any time to ask:

  • what information of yours we hold;
  • for a copy of it;
  • for it to be corrected; or
  • for it to be deleted.

We'll act on any of these promptly. Depending on where you live, data-protection law may give you additional rights; we'll honor reasonable requests regardless of which law applies.

7. Children

This site is a business-services site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted the form, contact us and we'll delete the submission.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information — for example, by adding analytics — we'll update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect. The version published here is always the one that applies.

9. Contact
